This exciting development comprises 174 luxury homes within an eight to nine-storey building. The New York-style apartments, located in the vibrant Baltic Triangle area of the city, will offer world-class amenities and cutting-edge eco-technology.

We are responsible for the civil and structural engineering design of this new development, which is located on a challenging site bounded by highways and a railway track. The structure comprises a composite steel frame with concrete floors and a single-storey basement. The close proximity of the railway line presented challenges regarding the layout and construction of the basement. These challenges were overcome by careful redesign and planning of the basement entrance, construction sequencing and retaining wall systems.
With a heavy focus on sustainability, the scheme will benefit from heat recycling and air-source heat pumps, ensuring energy efficiency and reducing environmental impact.
