Two 56-storey skyscrapers, part of the wider Great Jackson Street Development Framework, adding to the city skyline in Manchester.

We are currently involved with an exciting development of two 56-storey skyscrapers, located to the south of Manchester city centre and forming part of the wider Great Jackson Street Development Framework. Together, the PRS towers will accommodate 1037 residential units, featuring a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments.

Designed by architects Hodder+Partners, the development involves the demolition of existing industrial structures on the site. The scheme will include commercial use at ground floor level, with three basement levels, car parking, cycle provision, landscaping, access and other associated works.

We are providing full MEP design services including lighting, small power, heating, ventilation, and domestic hot water. We will also be providing planning services, lift design, thermal modelling (Building Regulations – Part L, Energy) and utility consultancy – key services that we are providing to several high-profile schemes across the region.

Once complete, the towers will be a prominent feature on the fast-developing cityscape skyline which Manchester is becoming famous for.
