Designed by local architects, K4, and being delivered by Birmingham based developers, Elevate Property Group, the restoration of the existing and locally listed Gunsmith House, will provide 46 one-bedroom, 38 two-bedroom and one three-bedroom apartment. Alongside the restoration of the existing building, the scheme will include three new linked blocks of four and five storeys.

There will be parking provision for cars, with a number of electric vehicle charging points, along with ample cycle storage. Residents will further benefit from a landscaped courtyard within the new gated community.

Sustainability credentials include a SAPS rating ‘B’, the installation of photovoltaics and a biodiversity roof on the main building.
