Designed by local architects, K4, and delivered by Birmingham based developers, Elevate Property Group, the restoration of the existing and locally listed Gunsmith House, provides 46 one-bedroom, 38 two-bedroom and one three-bedroom apartments. Alongside the restoration of the existing building, the scheme includes three new linked blocks of four and five storeys.
