Next generation:

We're committed to making a difference by inspiring the next generation of engineers and we work with schools, colleges, universities and industry bodies by offering work experience across our offices, and  promote routes towards a career in engineering.

Our apprentices benefit from mentoring and one-to-one training with a team of experienced and respected professionals from all levels within our business. We support both professional and personal development with internal training and opportunities to continue further education through a variety of industry recognised qualifications. We have an ICE approved training scheme and are registered for the IPD programme with IStructE.

The Clancy Prize:

We are pleased to sponsor annual prizes at a number of local universities and colleges across the UK, recognising students who demonstrate excellence in a particular discipline of engineering. We initiated the Clancy Consulting Prize in 1997 as part of our 25th anniversary celebrations, which is still going strong today.
