Delivery of a 23-storey student living scheme as part of a larger roll-out scheme.
A new student living scheme in the centre of Leeds, consisting 355 bed high-quality hotel style rooms and featuring boutique amenity areas, a cinema and full digital provision including TV, audio and high-speed internet.
The 23-storey scheme includes intermediate floor plant space and car parking, centralised domestic hot water services comprising gas boilers and CHP and interface for district heating.
The building is protected utilising a full sprinkler installation and supported with a wet riser.
This was one of number of schemes that we have been engaged with as part of London & Scottish Student Housing’s UK wide roll-out.
We were responsible for the provision of MEP engineering design, audio visual consultancy, utility consultancy and sustainability services.
