Multiple projects to meet the demands of critical care and delivering a swift response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The team is providing MEP and structural engineering services at the Royal Blackburn Hospital on numerous projects across the site, and we are proud to have delivered a number of projects in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Current projects include the conversion of an existing ward to a new ICU facility with full MEP resilient services to meet the increasing demand of critical care.
We are working on a number of projects providing new medical imaging, such as cardio catheter and CT scanner, in addition to replacement works to accommodate the modernisation of blood sciences, pharmacy (including the new picking robots) and 11 operating theatre upgrades with associated recovery departments.
We are also intrinsically involved in the upgrade of the HV and LV distribution to the older phases one to four of the hospital, to provide resilience to the electrical network for future capacity of acute services to be provided in the older accommodation.
Testimonial:
“Client focus and attention to project needs is evident throughout Clancy. The team does not shy away from difficulties, solutions are proactively recognised and highlighted in good time. They have only been part of our team a short period; however, they are recognised as a great and indispensable asset to the organisation.”
