A prestigious new office development in the heart of Windsor, involving the construction of a new five-storey, 43,000sqft high specification office block for Legal & General Investment Management Ltd.

With Grade A office accommodation throughout, the scheme features roof terraces on the third and fourth floors. 

The project includes unisex changing and shower facilities, secure cycle storage, electric car charging points and a fully integrated building management system. 

A key challenge on the scheme was that the foundations to the existing building were linked to the adjoining residential apartments which required careful negotiations to ensure demolition of the original concrete frame. 

This development is the first new Grade A office scheme in Windsor for 20 years. 

In October 2022, the project was highly commended for the commercial workplace award - South of England & South Wales, at the British Council for Offices (BCO) awards.
