Refurbishment and Category B fit out works at KPMG’s city centre offices, whilst tenants were in occupation of the building.
The team was appointed to prepare the MEP design and site monitoring for the refurbishment and Category B fit out works for KPMG at their existing city centre offices.
The works were required to be undertaken in two separate consecutive phases with the client and tenants remaining in full occupation of the building, including MEP services installations and structural alterations to the building fabric required to achieve the overall design concept.
This transformed office space was nominated in the 2019 BCO Awards, Fit-out of Workplace category.
