67 Piccadilly, Manchester

Value - £27m | Client - Eastern Green

An exciting development of a new, high-end lifestyle hotel, in a prominent location in Manchester city centre.

This is a development of a new 151-bedroom hotel on a prominent site between the Northern Quarter and Piccadilly Gardens in Manchester, being delivered by Eastern Green Limited.

The £27m project includes the refurbishment and repurposing of the Grade II Listed 69-75 Piccadilly, known as the Halls Building, into a four-star luxury hotel. The adjacent and not-Listed 67 Piccadilly, known as the Prince of Wales building, will be demolished and replaced with the landmark 11-storey tower.

Featuring a rooftop bar overlooking Piccadilly Gardens, the four-star boutique hotel scheme will include new retail and leisure units at ground floor level, a basement gym, along with public realm improvements on Newton Street.

The hotel will be named Pestana CR7 Manchester, and operated by former Manchester United player, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Portuguese hotelier Pestana.
