We have been involved in the extensive refurbishment of this four-storey office building, delivering an exciting new workspace in Slough town centre.

The office spaces have been enhanced and enlarged, creating a modern working environment for businesses and staff. The scheme features VRF air conditioning, showers and changing facilities located in the basement, car parking and cycle store, and has achieved a Very Good BREEAM rating.
Our involvement included structural designs for remodelling the main entrance, removal of a steel column at fourth floor level and reconfiguration of the roof structure to remove the duo pitch roof and create a flat roof, thus increasing lettable area.
