We approached by Workman LLP who was the project manager engaged by owner Columbia Threadneedle.
A significant driver for the project was to provide a new strikingly appealing front entrance area accessible from pavement level, involving a two-storey height open atrium.
The project involved a full Category A refurbishment, and delivered an environmentally-conscious, contemporary workspace.
