Clancy achieves Inclusive Employers Standard Foundation

Clancy Consulting has kickstarted their inclusion journey through the Inclusive Employers Foundation.

The Inclusive Employers Foundation is a robust evidence-based gap analysis run by Inclusive Employers. This process has helped us to understand more about where we are in our inclusion journey and identify our key areas of focus for future development.

Through this process we were asked to evaluate our inclusion progress and identify where we would like to be in the future. Our action-focused feedback identified some key areas that we can develop to further enhance our culture of belonging and inclusion. We are very proud to make this public commitment to inclusion. This process has energised us to continue our inclusion development and to boost the positive impact of belonging and inclusion throughout our organisation and the wider industry.

Emily Pattinson, Senior Inclusive Employers Standard Programme Lead, Inclusive Employers, comments, “We’re incredibly proud that Clancy Consulting has shown a clear commitment to building an inclusive culture through their completion to the foundation process.

“It can often be overwhelming for an organisation in the early stages of their inclusion journey to step up and be a role model. By seeking to understand their inclusion development Clancy Consulting demonstrates to others in their sector that they are prioritising their people and are passionate about creating a culture of impactful inclusion.”
