Clancy Consulting is delighted to announce the appointment of Stuart Davey as a new MEP Divisional Director based at the Manchester office.

Bringing a wealth of experience in the built environment, Stuart has been working at an operational and strategic management level across private and public sectors for many years. With a professional history encompassing roles at organisations including TSP Projects, Arcadis, Capita Symonds and, most recently, the Brentwood Group, Stuart has firmly established himself as an industry expert in the North of England.

Throughout his career, Stuart has successfully overseen the delivery of numerous projects spanning a diverse range of sectors. His portfolio includes the management of PBSA and BTR residential schemes, industrial and commercial projects. Notable highlights comprise his involvement in projects for British Aerospace Systems in Barrow-in-Furness and significant refurbishment, remodelling and extensions to LIDL's regional distribution centres.

Steve Dewberry, MEP Director at Clancy’s Manchester office, comments, “We are pleased to welcome Stuart to the team. With over 20 years’  experience at design consultancies, his expertise will significantly enhance our MEP capabilities and strengthen our operational leadership.”

And Stuart’s arrival is timed perfectly, as the Manchester team relocates to new office space at Windmill Green in Manchester city centre this month. Steve adds, “As we continue to advance our growth strategy, Stuart's appointment reinforces our capacity to deliver high quality mechanical and electrical engineering design services in the North region and across the UK. We anticipate substantial benefits for our entire team and wish him every success in his new role with us."

Stuart's appointment further strengthens the senior management team following the recent promotion of Steve Dewberry to Board Director in October.
