Marketing Co-ordinator, Manchester

Are you a marketing professional with 3+ years experience looking for an exciting new challenge?

We are looking for a marketing co-ordinator to be based at our Manchester office, with a national remit.

Role and responsibilities

To work effectively as a Marketing Co-ordinator, you must reinforce brand values, and develop and implement appropriate and effective marketing/communications initiatives to support the wider marketing team and the practice's Business Plan targets.

  • Promote the Clancy brand and act as a 'brand champion' to ensure consistency of internal and external messaging.

  • Support the delivery of specific marketing activities, aligned with local Business Plans, and ensure SMART objectives are met.

  • Undertake market research to support intelligence gathering, by sector/division/office.

  • Content creation (print and digital) for marketing collateral, literature and promotional materials.

  • Production of digital content to assist the Bid & Marketing Manager with social media content.

  • Manage and maintain the 12-month events and awards tracker.

  • Organisation of industry events, conferences, and Clancy hosted events, with attendance where appropriate. Ensure post-event feedback is captured for continual improvement.

  • Assist the marketing team in securing speaking/panelist slots to raise industry profile.

  • Written contribution to support with news articles, blogs and industry awards.

  • Management of the website, plus analysis of analytics for continual improvement.

  • Content creation and production of the monthly staff newsletter ‘In the Know’.

  • Management and development of FMP, Clancy Manual and Sharepoint for marketing purposes.

  • Reporting within weekly marketing team meetings and regional marketing meetings every two months.

Software capabilities

  • Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and video production/editing software such as Premier Pro or After Effects), Mailchimp, Sharepoint.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing or related field.

  • 3 years+ experience in a similar role.
