Sukh’s strengths lie in his diverse experiences.

Born and raised in East Africa, Sukh is a proud Sikh, and his multi-cultural background means not only does he speak five languages (at least), but he is excellent at building relationships with people from all sorts of backgrounds.

Sukh’s nearly 40 years of experience so far have given him the opportunity to work on high profile and varied projects. Working in Japan was eye-opening, not least because of the astounding work ethic of the Japanese. He was also part of the team that designed the Trident Submarine facility at Barrow-in-Furness and some notable commercial projects such as The Crown Estates HQ at New Burlington Place.  Other schemes, like Charlton Athletics’ Stadium West Stand and Wrexham’s Mold Road Stand, stick in his mind because of the positive impact he was able to have on the community.

For him, what makes Clancy a cut above the rest is straightforward: our focus on nurturing relationships means we’re in it together and are motivated to give our best to deliver successes. If his team and client are happy and content, then Sukh is happy and content.

Sukh is a mean sportsman and regularly joins the annual PropSki event in the French Alps, of which Clancy is a sponsor. Whatever it is, be that skiing, swimming, walking or climbing, Sukh loves to be active.
