Somerby Croft is a large residential development consisting of two, three and four bedroom houses plus two bedroom bungalows, and is set the market town of Gainsborough, Lincolnshire.

The scheme involves the delivery of 80 luxury homes by Beal Developments.

We provided civil and structural engineering design services, highways design and infrastructure drainage design.

Work began on the infrastructure for the development in 2020, with the first homes expected to be available for occupation in 2021.

Situated off The Belt Road in Gainsborough, Somerby Croft enjoys a prime position opposite the acclaimed Thonock Park Golf Club, which is set in glorious countryside and is owned by the world-famous golf club manufacturer PING.
