We have many years experience with the upgrading of earthen bunds and sub-standard concrete storage facilities.

The Clancy team has been providing civil engineering advice and designs in relation to the Ciria C736 guide for containment systems for the prevention of pollution, for many industrial clients in the oil, gas and heavy chemical sectors.

In 2007, we became involved with the first post Buncefield fuel storage facility with our long-term process design business partners. The results of this £22m pound investment can be found and cited as good practice within the Ciria document.

Since then, we have carried out surveys and produced reports for many clients in the industrial sector, advising on upgrade and compliance matters, and designed several new concrete bunds for projects linked to storage installations.
