Clancy appoints new Divisional Director for Glasgow

Multi-disciplinary engineering firm, Clancy Consulting has appointed Gordon Hunt as Divisional Director for its Glasgow office.  

A chartered engineer by trade, Gordon has nearly two decades of experience in the design and management of steel, concrete, timber, and masonry structures. He is approved by Structural Engineers Registration Ltd (SER) for the certification of building designs to ensure they meet structural requirements of Building Regulations in Scotland. 

In his new role, Gordon will help to lead Clancy Consulting’s civil and structural engineering division in Glasgow, with a focus on securing new business and client development, strengthening the firm’s presence in the Scottish market.  

He joins Clancy Consulting following a tenure as Regional Director at Goodson Associates. Throughout his career, he has specialised in business development, client relations, team management, and project delivery, primarily in the residential, commercial, and care sectors.
