Bonus scheme
We offer a companywide annual bonus scheme. This is dependent on the company’s financial performance in a financial year.

Holidays
Minimum starting entitlement of 25 days (24 in Scotland) annual leave. Not including bank holidays and increasing with length of service.

Flexible pay scheme
The scheme enables our employees to buy additional benefits, which are deducted from their salary over 12 months. Benefits include, additional holidays, private health insurance, dental insurance, HIVE scheme, Enjoy Tech, cycle to work scheme and travel card.

Pension scheme
We operate a companywide contributory pension scheme. Staff are auto enrolled into the scheme and the company will make a 6% contribution and staff will make a 4% contribution from their basic salary.

Income protection scheme
We provide an income protection benefit of 50% of basic annual salary prior to any salary sacrifice. The benefit is paid if an employee is unable to perform their job for at least 26 consecutive weeks.

Electric vehicle scheme
This benefit helps us work towards our carbon neutral goals, save employees tax and provide an opportunity to purchase a new car. The scheme is available to staff subject to terms and conditions.

Our mental health first aiders act as the first point of call for an employee who is experiencing a mental health issue or emotional distress.

Free eye-test vouchers
We protect our employees’ eyesight by funding full eyecare examinations, should it be identified that glasses are required solely and specifically for VDU use, the employee will be able to select a pair of glasses from the £45 range.

Our EAP is provided by Zurich, it offers complete support service that provides expert advice and compassionate guidance 24/7.

Death in service scheme
The scheme provider is Zurich, it provides insurance to cover lump sum life assurance benefits payable on the death of an employee. The benefactor will receive four times the employee’s basic salary.
