Our latest schemes.

Ralli Quays, Salford

This development will complete the New Bailey district of Salford and combines a Grade A office with a 16-storey 4* hotel. Working with L&G, providing civil and structural, river modelling and geoenvironmental services, the development involves the demolition of the existing 1990s office building to make way for the exciting new scheme, and will incorporate exemplary sustainability credentials with reduced energy demand and renewable energy sources.

67 Piccadilly, Manchester

A new 151-bedroom hotel on a prominent site between the Northern Quarter and Piccadilly Gardens, being delivered by Eastern Green Limited. The £27million project includes the refurbishment and repurposing of the Grade II Listed 69-75 Piccadilly, known as the Halls Building, into a four-star luxury hotel. The adjacent 67 Piccadilly will be demolished and replaced with the landmark 11-storey tower.

Olive School, Manchester

This is a new, two-form entry primary school with community facilities in Cheetham Hill, procured via the Department for Education for Star Academies. The two-storey school will provide 420 student places and feature external facilities including a MUGA, sports pitch, play areas and car parking. Our MEP team has conducted energy monitoring and reporting and advised on the measures to be adopted in the MEP design to achieve sustainability and net zero carbon targets.
