Chris Acton

A structural engineer by training, Chris has a diverse engineering experience, having worked in both the UK and the Middle East.

His time in the Arabian Peninsula gave him a broader understanding of the construction industry outside of the UK and a fresh outlook to collaborative work.

Chris is fired up by problem solving. As well as delving into a problem and working out what solutions you can offer, he loves being out and about with people, meeting clients and seeing the final end product become a reality on site.

Taking the mantle of Chief Executive in 2023, Chris leads the strategic direction of the business and provides leadership across all departments.

Life in the Middle East has rubbed off on Chris: he still loves to scuba dive, though he’ll admit he’s a fair weather – or warm water – diver and only dusts off his kit when holidaying in warmer climes.
