Location - Manchester,

Our successful team in Manchester require an Associate (Electrical) to accompany them on a wide variety of interesting and challenging projects.

Role and responsibilities

  • Develop concept design and be actively involved with all projects under your direction.

  • Develop fee proposals.

  • Undertake project cost control and compile project invoices.

  • Plan and manage project resources.

  • Supervise staff under your direction and offer pro-active advice in relation to problem solving issues.

  • Undertake and arrange effective mentoring of employees under your direction.

  • Support other Senior Team Members in management of resource pool to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Represent the company at design team meetings.

  • Carry out thorough site investigations, complete inspections, identify issues and solve problems.

  • Contribute the technical standards compliance for the company.

  • Contribute to business development activities and marketing as required.

  • Ensure designs meet required standards following our Integrated Management System.

Software capabilities

  • Revit, AutoCAD, Trimble, Relux and BIM Environment.

Qualifications

  • Ideally Chartership with IET/CIBSE.
