Framework Appointments 2017

We are delighted to have been appointed as members of the professional services team on a number of major frameworks this year. Our appointments are throughout the country and include developments covering a variety of sectors.

Also, earlier this year we were delighted to be appointed as supply chain members on Crown Commercial Service national framework. In addition, we were also selected to be supply chain members to Perfect Circle, appointed by Scape Procure to lead the national Built Environment Consultancy Services (BECS) framework.

Further information about our recent framework appointments are detailed below.

  • Southern Housing Group
    Southern Housing Group is one of the largest housing associations in the South East of England and has delivered 393 homes in 2016/17 of which 75% were affordable. This new £630m development framework aims to deliver over 450 new homes every year until 2025, with projects ranging in size between five and 300 homes.


  • North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO)
    NEPO undertakes high-value procurement in major strategic areas of spend in conjunction with North East local authorities and a range of associate members.


  • Wheatley Housing Group
    In addition to being the UK’s largest builder of social rented homes, Wheatley is also one of Scotland’s leading care providers and largest property management businesses. They offer an award-winning range of wraparound services aimed at “Making Homes and Lives Better” for its 250,000 customers across Scotland. We have been appointed to provide multi-disciplinary services.


  • Cunninghame Housing Association
    The framework programme will run from 2017 to 2021 and could involve the construction of around 500 new residential properties and various commercial/non-housing projects. Potential development opportunities to be procured on brownfield and greenfield sites in Dumfries and Galloway.


  • South Ayrshire Council
    This four-year framework, running from 2017/2021, anticipates developments within the education, infrastructure, leisure and residential sectors within the South Ayrshire region.
