Earlham Hall Wins Conservation Award at Norwich Society Design Awards

The University of East Anglia’s law school at Earlham Hall won an award in the conservation category at the Norwich Society Design Awards on Wednesday 21st October.

The event is organised every two years to recognise the best of modern architecture in the city.  Greg Scott, Director at our Norwich office, attended on behalf of Clancy Consulting.

Presentations were made to six winners, chosen from more than 35 nominations, in different categories of buildings, including commercial, community, and residential.

Clancy Consulting were appointed for Civil and Structural Engineering Services on the project, from preliminary investigation through to completion.

Earlier this year, Earlham Hall was shortlisted for an RICS East of England Award, in the Building Conservation category.

In April 2015, Earlham Hall received the Norfolk Constructing Excellence Club Award in the Heritage category. The project has been put forward for the National Constructing Excellence Award in October 2015.
