Clancy Promote Internally for Two Senior Management Positions

We are pleased to announce the senior internal promotions to Divisional Director for Satpal Sagoo and Warrick Pannell.

Satpal and Warrick have been with the business for a number of years and this promotion from Associate to Divisional Director recognises the significant contribution each has made and represents the next step in their careers here at Clancy.

Satpal joined Clancy in 2008 and is based in our London office, where he has been involved in a range of Structural Engineering Projects. Satpal has gained considerable experience across a range of sectors particularly the Commercial and Healthcare Sectors.
Recent projects that Satpal has been involved with include an office/residential development near Borough Market for Angle Property, various CAT A office refurbishments with Malcolm Hollis, which include Voyager Place, West Side and Churchill Court. Also, he is currently working on a large redevelopment scheme, circa £32M for Legal and General.

Warrick has been with Clancy for over 13 years, and he continues to manage the team in the Birmingham office on a day-to-day basis. Warrick plays a key role in our Civil and Structural team operating out of the Midlands.
He has been involved with some exciting projects including; the new collections building, arena car park and various smaller works for the British Motor Museum, new repair depots for the rail freight operator ‘Freightliner’, hotel refurbishment projects within Birmingham City Centre, new build and extension projects for a number of midlands schools and a portfolio of new build and refurbishment projects for various clients across the country, ranging from crypts to bespoke residential staircases.
