One Victoria Street, Windsor

One Victoria Street is a prestigious new office development in the heart of Windsor.

The scheme involved the demolition of the existing building and construction of a new five storey, 43,000sqft office block for L&G.

The high specification building includes Grade A office accommodation throughout and features roof terraces on the 3rd and 4th floors. The project includes unisex changing and shower facilities, secure cycle storage, electric car charging points and a fully integrated Building Management system.

A key challenge on the scheme was that the foundations to the existing building were linked to the adjoining residential apartments which required careful negotiations to ensure demolition of the original concrete frame.

L&G are a key Client for Clancy, and this is another scheme that we have successfully delivered for them in the South East.
