New Rehabilitation Unit, Norwich Community Hospital
We were appointed as civil and structural advisors on this new £8M rehabilitation unit at Norwich Community Hospital.
This is an £8 million development by the NHS trust, with NHS Norfolk, Ingleton Wood Architects and Principal Contractor Mansell PLC, to whom Clancy were appointed.
The 48 bed ward scheme is 1100m2, and provides 48 beds in 2 separated wards at the Norwich Community Hospital of Bowthorpe Road.
The new building provides further care to people suffering strokes and also aid rehabilitation. The building also provides consulting rooms and a gymnasium for patients and staff.
