Aspect House, Blantyre
Aspect House is a modern steel framed four-storey office building, located within Hamilton International Technology Park, one of Scotland’s premier business parks.
The project involved the extensive refurbishment of the 65,000 sqft building, including the provision of a a new reception area and creation of new modern workspace. Clancy was appointed Mechanical and Electrical engineering consultants, and BREEAM Assessors, on Graham & Sibbald’s design team, for Scottish Power.
The newly refurbished offices, accommodating some 800 staff, will provide an enhanced flexible working environment. Open plan layouts and remodelling of spaces will enhance employee comfort, well-being, and productivity.
