Commercial Assistant (Liverpool or Manchester)

To provide administrative support on legal documentation to Commercial Director.

Key Tasks/Responsibilities:

  1. Comparing and drafting legal appointment and warranty documents
  2. Typing and drafting correspondence relating to appointments and warranty documents
  3. Proof reading documentation
  4. Amending documents
  5. Opening, maintaining and closing files
  6. Archiving files
  7. Updating and maintaining databases
  8. Scanning and preparing documentation
  9. Assisting Director with the negotiations of appointment and warranty documents
  10. Assisting Director in liaising with client appointed solicitor
  11. Co-ordinating the engrossment of legal documents
  12. Assisting Director with litigation process for debt recovery and claim actions in terms of document collations and reviews
