Blackbird Hill in Wembley on which we are providing Civil and Structural services is nearing frame completion.

This five-storey reinforced concrete steel frame composite building is being built on the former site of the Blarmey Stone Pub.

The project consists of 34 apartments, two houses and a retail unit sited in the undercroft of the building. The undercroft also provides covered parking for 38 cars and cycle stores. This project incorporates photovoltaic and solar panels and will achieve Code for Sustainable Homes ‘Level 4’.

MEPK are the Architects on this project.
