Framework Success in 2018

Clancy Consulting are proud to have been successfully appointed on numerous frameworks this year throughout the country and including developments covering a variety of sectors. A selection of which are detailed below.

Earlier this year we were appointed on the NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) Construction Consultancy Framework. We were selected to provide MEP services and Civil and Structural Engineering services across the UK on the 4-year contract.

NHS SBS provides an OJEU compliant route to market and delivers a range of projects for both Traditional and Design and Build options and both New Build and Refurbishment projects. They are a national provider for a range of health and corporate services, and the member base is significant and varied as the framework is open to all public-sector authorities.

We have also secured a position as supply chain member on the NHS Scotland Lead Advisor Framework to provide Building Services and Civil and Structural Engineering Services.

Also this year we were appointed on the award winning Construction Impact Framework (CIF) to provide Civil and Structural Engineering Services and Building Services Engineering. CIF is an OJEU compliant and ethical construction framework whose purpose is to drive social value across communities through public-sector procurement.

We were delighted to be appointed as preferred consultant to provide Civil and Structural Professional Services on Great Yarmouth Borough Council’s Construction Framework. Specific projects procured under the framework will range across many sectors, including leisure and community, office refurbishments, neighbourhood centres regeneration and listed buildings to name but a few.

This year we have also been appointed to provide Civil and Structural Engineering Services by the Association of Greater Manchester Authorities (AGMA) Professional Services Framework, WM Housing Group and Sanctuary Housing Group, which together cover all of our locations.
