A flagship mixed-use development for Wells & Co Brewery.
The scheme features a new build brewery processing facility with attached three-storey office, visitor centre, entertainment and retail space and external seating area.
With sustainability a core requirement within the design, we worked with the architect to ensure client aspirations were met.
Working closely with the project architect, we ensured that the building fabric exceeded building regulation requirements. We integrated a roof mounted photovoltaic panel system and electrical vehicle chargers to contribute to the overall sustainability of the project.
