South Liverpool Treatment Centre
The South Liverpool NHS Treatment Centre was delivered as part of a roll-out programme of health centres procured by Liverpool & Sefton Health Partnership via the LIFT framework as part of the provision of new healthcare facilities throughout Liverpool.
Highlighted from inception as a flagship building for the programme, this stunning structure offers a range of healthcare services including inter alia general practitioners’ surgeries, dentistry, radiology, podiatry and physiotherapy.
In addition to offering the much needed facilities to the locality, the building is sited in an area which the borough are attempting to regenerate, thus providing for both healthcare needs and general community well-being.
The £13m building was completed on programme and within budget, for the fit out contract.
This project was awarded an ACE Excellence in Engineering 2011 Commendation.
