Clancy has secured a spot on the Notting Hill Genesis (NHG) Development Consultants Framework to deliver civil and structural engineering services during the next four-year iteration of the framework.

NHG was formed in 2018 following the amalgamation of Notting Hill Housing Trust and Genesis Housing Association Limited. Both organisations have previously provided homes for more than 50 years, coming from church and community roots in west London.

Now one of the largest housing associations in the country, NHG owns and manages more than 66,000 homes across London and the south-east and has plans to deliver 7,000 new homes over the next five years across the Greater London area. NHG recognises the urgent need to provide more genuinely affordable housing and is committed to maintaining a strong development programme despite current difficult external climates.

Andrew Moffatt, Divisional Director at Clancy commented: “We are thrilled to have been awarded a place on NHG’s framework and look forward to helping them to create sustainable and vibrant communities for residents.”
