We regularly conduct firm wide reviews to encourage participation throughout and our senior staff contribute to the business planning process and a national staff committee ensures representation across all the offices. These are communication forums to ‘have a say’ in the best way forward for the future of the business. There is also an option to buy shares in the company after qualifying criteria.
- We renewed our Investors in People accreditation at the end of 2018 and were awarded Silver Level. This was our 7th review against the standard.
- We were again listed within New Civil Engineer’s (NCE) Top 100 Companies to work for 2019, which we have been listed within since its inception.
We are committed to the continuation of the industry and work with schools, colleges and industry bodies to promote the apprenticeship route towards a career in engineering.
We offer a number of apprenticeship schemes across our business and our apprentices benefit from one to one training with a team of experienced and respected professionals from all levels within our business. As an apprentice at Clancy Consulting you will be provided with a development plan and we will support both your professional and personal development with internal training and opportunities to continue your further education through a variety of industry recognised qualifications.
